Yoga comes to Porthpean Outdoor

We are excited to introduce yoga to our offering this year at Porthpean Outdoor.  Something for children, teachers, and visiting families!

Our experienced yoga teacher, Keren, has been teaching for almost 20 years (accumulating over 2,000 hours of training!), specialising in yoga for both children and adults.  Offering gentle yoga to something more dynamic, Keren will tailor the sessions to meet the needs of each and every group.

Wherever possible our yoga sessions will be held outside with views of the bay, but of course, we will have a nice warm, wet weather contingency when needed!

Yoga offers guests at Porthpean Outdoor, of all ages and abilities, a chance to stretch out all the muscles that have worked hard during your day of activities, and relax the mind to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
