Our Group Residentials are available for children of 6 years of age and older. We regret that we cannot allow children under 6 years of age to participate in any activities.

At certain times of the year, we open up our centre for exclusive use. Whether you are looking for your work’s teambuilding function or you’re planning a corporate training event, or simply need to accommodate a group with exclusivity, we’d love to hear from you.

Group Accommodation Options

We offer two types of accommodation at Porthpean Outdoor.

TIMBER CAMPING

Our most popular group accommodation option, our Timber Camping village welcomes groups of up to 38 people in camping pods. These solid pine units offer a more luxurious take on camping, with heating, double glazing, a tiled roof, and raised beds.

Additional features include mains lighting, power points, and lockable door.

CANVAS CAMPING

In addition to our timber camping pods, we also offer Group Residential Breaks in our new-for-2023 safari-style bunkhouses. These huge 30m2 canvas tents offer up to 12 single bunk beds, all raised off the ground, meaning a warmer and dryer sleeping experience. Our bunkhouses are insulated from the ground with padded flooring. You’ll find plenty of room for storage and a shoe rack at your bunkhouse entrance to keep your accommodation nice and clean. Things are otherwise kept simple for you to enjoy the natural beauty of the camping experience. Our bunkhouses are not connected with mains power, although low level battery-powered lighting is provided.
